After taking the funnel, the two cutter blocks can be lifted from the machine.
The two cutter blocks with strong dimensioned shafts have wear-resistant, easy exchangeable and also reversible cutter disks made of special steel.

To clean the cutter blocks, exchangeable, wear-resistant cleaning knives are installed and adjustable screwed on the enclosure.
