Construction:
Enclosure in heavy robust sheet steel-electrowelded construction assembled on steel frame.
Milling space with exchangeable armour plates.
The 2 cutting rollers have strong dimensioned shafts, wear-resistant, easy exchangeable cutter disks and crushing-roll shells, that rotate in opposite directions by different revolutions. In doing so, the feed gets milled in running direction and sideways. The cutting rollers design is according to fineness and condition of the feed.
To clean the cutter blocks, exchangeable, wear-resistant cleaning knives are installed and adjustable screwed.
The drive results from one or two E-motors with automatic control for reversing operation, adjustable timed relay, motor inherent protection, via strong dimensioned gears.
